The Bible says a lot about that subject. Note Luke Chapter 16:10 - The person faithful in what is least is faithful also in much, and the person unrighteous in what is least is unrighteous also in much.

Genesis 6:22 - And Noah did according to all that God had commanded him. He did just so.

Exodus 40:16:  Moses did according to all that Jehovah had commanded him. He did just so.

A fruit of the Spirit: Faithfulness is listed as one of the nine fruits of the Spirit in Galatians 5:22–23, indicating that it is a quality cultivated by the Holy Spirit in a believer's life.

Obedience to God each day in “what is least” is important for two reasons.

First, it reveals how we feel about Jehovah’s sovereignty.

Second, our conduct in “what is least” has a bearing on how we will respond “also in much,” that is, when we face bigger issues in life.

Read the accounts of those faithful ones recorded in Hebrews Chapter 11. After defining faith in Hebrews 11:1, Paul provides examples of men and women in the Bible record who displayed this quality. He recounts how they demonstrated their faith by acting in harmony with God’s will.—Hebrews 11:4-38.

How can we show faithfulness today? Note what Paul recorded in Hebrews 13:15. Through him let us always offer to God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of our lips that make public declaration to his name. - Our faithfulness.

The foremost way to show faithfulness is by talking to others about our faith in Jesus Christ; yes, Christians are spoken of as “fine stewards of God’s undeserved kindness expressed in various ways.” As such, they are “dependent on the strength that God supplies.” 1 Peter 4:10, 11

Paul also said the following, found recorded at 1st Cor 4:2. In this regard, what is expected of stewards is that they be found faithful. What does being faithful involve? ‘It describes one’s being full of faith in the declarations and precious promises of God,’ It also means that one is true, constant, loyal to Jehovah.

Conclusion:

In answer to the question:

The Bible describes faithfulness as a core attribute of God's character and a quality that humans are called to develop in their own lives. It involves being reliable, trustworthy, and loyal in all relationships and responsibilities.
