In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:

Jesus put aside His own Godly power when he came into the world, and relied on the indwelling of the Holy Spirit from his baptism, and his faith in God his Father (Luke 3:22-23) until his Resurrection.

"With respect, I must say Jesus did not choose to exercise all the powers of God while on Earth. Rather, though in nature God, He emptied Himself and took the form of a servant in the likeness of man (Phil 2:7). As a newborn, he could not use all the powers of God the Father.

After baptism, the Holy Spirit of God imbued him "full of Spirit" (Luke 4:1). It was in this power that Jesus performed His miracles, always submitting to the Father. (Matt 12:15-28, Matt 26:52-54). At crucifixion, Jesus was "forsaken" by the Father and rightly so. He died but He was made alive in Spirit (I Pet 1:8). Otherwise, He would not have died as a man for reconciliation of mankind to the Father.

But, after resurrection, Jesus said in Matt. 28:18, "...All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."

It appears that Jesus willingly emptied himself of all his pre-incarnate powers and limited the powers He chose to use as incarnate Jesus, in submission to the Father, so that all power and authority was given to Him by the Father after resurrection as the "Son of God" (I Cor 15:15-28).

of one Being with the Father.

Jesus IS God. So Yes, he had all HIS power when he was on earth as a man.
