Ask a QuestionShallun the son of ColHozeh, leader of the district of Mizpah, repaired the Fountain Gate; he built it, covered it, hung its doors with its bolts and bars, and repaired the wall of the Pool of Shelah by the King's Garden, as far as the stairs that go down from the City of David.
Then he turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the LORD, saying,
And the sons of the singers gathered together from the countryside around Jerusalem, from the villages of the Netophathites,
You numbered the houses of Jerusalem, And the houses you broke down To fortify the wall.
And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
