Why Are You Cast Down, O My Soul?

⁵ _d Why are you cast down, O my soul,
and why are you _e in turmoil within me?
_f Hope in God; for I shall again praise him,
my salvation ₁

⁶ and my God.
My soul is cast down within me;
therefore I _g remember you
_h from the land of Jordan and of _i Hermon,
from Mount Mizar.
