and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
² _y Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and _z forget not all his benefits,
³ who _a forgives all your iniquity,
who _b heals all your diseases,
⁴ who _c redeems your life from the pit,
who _d crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
