Jeremiah 7:30-31

The Valley of Slaughter

³⁰ "For the sons of Judah have done evil in my sight, declares the Lord. They have set _h their detestable things in the house _i that is called by my name, to _h defile it. ³¹ And they have built the high places of _j Topheth, which is in _k the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, _l to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, _m which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind.
