1 Peter 2:9-10

A Living Stone and a Holy People

⁹ But you are _z a chosen race, _a a royal _b priesthood, _c a holy nation, _d a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you _e out of darkness into _f his marvelous light. ¹⁰ _g Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
