Ephesians 4:8-10

Unity in the Body of Christ

⁸ Therefore it says,
_f "When he ascended on high _g he led a host of captives,
and he gave gifts to men."

⁹ ( _h In saying, "He ascended," what does it mean but that he had also descended into _i the lower regions, the earth? ₁ ¹⁰ He who descended is the one who also _j ascended _k far above all the heavens, that he might _l fill all things.)
