Ask a QuestionThen Peter invited the men into the house to be his guests. The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers from Joppa went along.
Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to his disciples to distribute to the people. He also divided the two fish among them all.
The man did as Joseph told him and took the men to Joseph's house.
When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread.
From this time many of his disciples turned back and no longer followed him.

Those who had seen it told the people what had happened to the demon-possessed man - and told about the pigs as well.
Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.
