You shall not worship the Lord your God in that way.
"But now hear, O Jacob my servant,Israel whom I have chosen!
They shall spring up among the grasslike willows by flowing streams.
Again the word of the Lord came to me:
You bear the penalty of your lewdness and your abominations, declares the Lord.
And the Lord said, "Do you do well to be angry?"
They are dreaded and fearsome;their justice and dignity go forth from themselves.
They all come for violence,all their faces forward.They gather captives like sand.
How shall we sing the Lord's songin a foreign land?
Pharaoh king of Egypt, his servants, his officials, all his people,
Adulterous wife, who receives strangers instead of her husband!

and say, Thus says the Lord God: "Behold, I am against you, O Sidon,and I will manifest my glory in your midst.And they shall know that I am the Lordwhen I execute judgments in herand manifest my holiness in her;
You shall know that I am in the midst of Israel,and that I am the Lord your God and there is none else.And my people shall never again be put to shame.
And Jesus answered, "O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him here to me."
