The Triumphal Entry
k The next day a great multitude that had come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him, and cried out:
l 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!'
The King of Israel!"
m Then Jesus, when He had found a young donkey, sat on it; as it is written:
"Fear n not, daughter of Zion;
Behold, your King is coming,
Sitting on a donkey's colt."
o His disciples did not understand these things at first; p but when Jesus was glorified, q then they remembered that these things were written about Him and that they had done these things to Him.
Therefore the people, who were with Him when He called Lazarus out of his tomb and raised him from the dead, bore witness.
r For this reason the people also met Him, because they heard that He had done this sign.
The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, s "You see that you are accomplishing nothing. Look, the world has gone after Him!"

Matthew 21:4 - 9
All this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying:
Mark 11:7 - 10
Then they brought the colt to Jesus and threw their clothes on it, and He sat on it.
Luke 19:35 - 38
Then they brought him to Jesus. And they threw their own clothes on the colt, and they set Jesus on him.
Save now, I pray, O LORD; O LORD, I pray, send now prosperity.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD! We have blessed you from the house of the LORD.
They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him on them.
O Zion, You who bring good tidings, Get up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, You who bring good tidings, Lift up your voice with strength, Lift it up, be not afraid; Say to the cities of Judah, "Behold your God!
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.
But they understood none of these things; this saying was hidden from them, and they did not know the things which were spoken.
But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
But Jesus answered them, saying, "The hour has come that the Son of Man should be glorified.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
Because on account of him many of the Jews went away and believed in Jesus.
Then the chief priests and the Pharisees gathered a council and said, "What shall we do? For this Man works many signs.
"If we let Him alone like this, everyone will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and nation."
