Jesus Heals a Boy with a Demon
n And when they had come to the multitude, a man came to Him, kneeling down to Him and saying,
"Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is an epileptic and suffers severely; for he often falls into the fire and often into the water.
"So I brought him to Your disciples, but they could not cure him."
Then Jesus answered and said, "O faithless and o perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me."
And Jesus p rebuked the demon, and it came out of him; and the child was cured from that very hour.
Then the disciples came to Jesus privately and said, "Why could we not cast it out?"
So Jesus said to them, "Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, q if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

Luke 9:37 - 42
Now it happened on the next day, when they had come down from the mountain, that a great multitude met Him.
They have corrupted themselves; They are not His children, Because of their blemish: A perverse and crooked generation.
That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world.
And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, "You are the Christ, the Son of God!" And He, rebuking them, did not allow them to speak, for they knew that He was the Christ.
So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done.
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
So the Lord said, "If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.
