Praise the LORD!
a Praise the LORD, O my soul!
b While I live I will praise the LORD;
I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
c Do not put your trust in princes,
Nor in a son of man, in whom there is no help.
d His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;
In that very day e his plans perish.
f Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help,
Whose hope is in the LORD his God,
g Who made heaven and earth,
The sea, and all that is in them;
Who keeps truth forever,
h Who executes justice for the oppressed,
i Who gives food to the hungry.
j The LORD gives freedom to the prisoners.
k The LORD opens the eyes of the blind;
l The LORD raises those who are bowed down;
The LORD loves the righteous.
m The LORD watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
n But the way of the wicked He turns upside down.
o The LORD shall reign forever -
Your God, O Zion, to all generations.
Praise the LORD!

Oh, love the LORD, all you His saints! For the LORD preserves the faithful, And fully repays the proud person.
Bless the LORD, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.

Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, And the spirit will return to God who gave it.
The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.
1 Corinthians 2:6
However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, And whose hope is the LORD.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: "Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them.
Saying with a loud voice, "Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.
The LORD executes righteousness And justice for all who are oppressed.
For He satisfies the longing soul, And fills the hungry soul with goodness.
Those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, Bound in affliction and irons -
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, Because the LORD has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound.

Since the world began it has been unheard of that anyone opened the eyes of one who was born blind.
"If this Man were not from God, He could do nothing."
And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing.
A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation.
The LORD lifts up the humble; He casts the wicked down to the ground.
