The Seventh Trumpet
Then o the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and p there were loud voices in heaven, saying, q "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of r his Christ, and s he shall reign forever and ever."
And the twenty-four elders t who sit on their thrones before God u fell on their faces and worshiped God,
"We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty,
v who is and who was,
for you have taken your great power
and w begun to reign.
The nations raged,
but x your wrath came,
and y the time for the dead to be judged,
and for rewarding your servants, the prophets and saints,
and z those who fear your name,
both small and great,
and a for destroying the destroyers of the earth."
Then b God's temple in heaven was opened, and c the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake, and d heavy hail.

But that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel, the mystery of God would be fulfilled, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.
The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the temple, from the throne, saying, "It is done!
After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying out, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God.
And in that day a great trumpet will be blown, and those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt will come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.
And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying.
Then he said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" And Peter answered, "The Christ of God.
And he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.
Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clothed in white garments, with golden crowns on their heads.
The twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying.
And I heard the angel in charge of the waters say, "Just are you, O Holy One, who is and who was, for you brought these judgments.
John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne.
"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings, are full of eyes all around and within, and day and night they never cease to say, "Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!
Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out, "Hallelujah! For the Lord our God the Almighty reigns.
The Lord reigns, let the earth rejoice; let the many coastlands be glad!
Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury, saying.
The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath.
They cried out with a loud voice, "O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.
A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, and the books were opened.

And from the throne came a voice saying, "Praise our God, all you his servants, you who fear him, small and great.
If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints.
After this I looked, and the sanctuary of the tent of witness in heaven was opened.
Having the golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden urn holding the manna, and Aaron's staff that budded, and the tablets of the covenant.
And great hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, fell from heaven on people; and they cursed God for the plague of the hail, because the plague was so severe.
