The Lord's Everlasting Covenant
"For thus says the Lord God: I will deal with you as you have done, you s who have despised the oath in breaking the covenant,
yet t I will remember my covenant with you u in the days of your youth, v and I will establish for you an everlasting covenant.
w Then you will remember your ways x and be ashamed when you take y your sisters, both your elder and your younger, and I give them to you z as daughters, but not on account of the covenant with you.
I will establish my covenant with you, a and you shall know that I am the Lord,
that you may remember and be confounded, and b never open your mouth again because of your shame, when I atone for you for all that you have done, declares the Lord God."

Ezekiel 17:15 - 16
But he rebelled against him by sending his ambassadors to Egypt, that they might give him horses and a large army. Will he thrive? Can one escape who does such things? Can he break the covenant and yet escape?
Ezekiel 17:18 - 19
He despised the oath in breaking the covenant, and behold, he gave his hand and did all these things; he shall not escape.
Then I will remember my covenant with Jacob, and I will remember my covenant with Isaac and my covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land.
When I passed by you again and saw you, behold, you were at the age for love, and I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your nakedness; I made my vow to you and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Lord God, and you became mine.
And in all your abominations and your whorings you did not remember the days of your youth, when you were naked and bare, wallowing in your blood.
Because you have not remembered the days of your youth, but have enraged me with all these things, therefore, behold, I have returned your deeds upon your head, declares the Lord God. Have you not committed lewdness in addition to all your abominations?
I will make with them an everlasting covenant, that I will not turn away from doing good to them. And I will put the fear of me in their hearts, that they may not turn from me.
They shall ask the way to Zion, with faces turned toward it, saying, 'Come, let us join ourselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will never be forgotten.
Then those of you who escape will remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how I have been broken over their whoring heart that has departed from me and over their eyes that go whoring after their idols. And they will be loathsome in their own sight for the evils that they have committed, for all their abominations.
That you may bear your disgrace and be ashamed of all that you have done, becoming a consolation to them.
Ezekiel 16:45 - 46
You are the daughter of your mother, who loathed her husband and her children; and you are the sister of your sisters, who loathed their husbands and their children. Your mother was a Hittite and your father an Amorite.
Sing, O barren one, who did not bear; break forth into singing and cry aloud, you who have not been in labor! For the children of the desolate one will be more than the children of her who is married," says the Lord.
And the slain shall fall in your midst, and you shall know that I am the Lord.
Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God.
