1. • What did Jesus mean when He said, "Take up your cross and follow Me" (Matthew 16:24; Mark 8:34; Luke 9:23)?
   • How could Judas be included as a disciple and follower of Jesus when he had it in his heart to betray him all along?
   • Why did Jesus tell people to take up the cross, and what does it mean?
   • Why is Jesus saying, "My yoke is easy, my burden is light," but also "Take up your cross daily and follow me"? Surely a cross is a very heavy yoke to bear.
