1 Peter 3:1 "Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;" If a true believer, your behavior, personal obedience and faithfulness to God's Word is the best ministry possible. Contrary to what some believe there is no magical "hot button" you can push because salvation is of the Lord. John 6:44 "No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day." Philippians 2:13 "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure."
While there are several scriptures about the role of women in the home, it is best to understand that we as Christians, are living letters, meant to be read by others. Before my husband was saved, I prayed for him and did those things that are well pleasing to our Lord. I asked my husband to go to church wth me but when he refused, I went anyway. My husband still says today that as he observed my life, even while I struggled with cancer, he wanted what I had which drew him to seek Christ. Prayer changes everything. Since it is the Father's will that all come to the knowledge of Christ, when we pray, believing, we will receive. If your children are still young and at home, let them see & hear you pray; ask them to join with you encouraging them to pray with you and read scriptures with them. Also take them to church with you. Even if they walk away from God for a time, they will always remember those prayer/bible times with you, and God will use that to draw them back to Him.
Salvation is not by association. Your husband and children will have to be born again the same as you were if you're actually a born again believer. Believers don't have the power to draw anybody to the Lord, He has to do it. Ask Him to do it. Pray. It's really as simple as that.
