I would say yes! God is in the midst with us always. We can and should turn to Him in all situations. Every believer has free access because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

God longs for deep and abiding relationships with all His children. He wants us to depend on Him. He knows everything about you, me, and all who call Him Father. 

Sometimes we are in trouble, or perhaps we are sick. But, we don't walk alone. He knows that without Him in our lives we face an enemy, who is able to defeat us. He is our protection and peace. 

We access this peace by communication, prayer. God speaks to us through His words, the Bible. 

Whether we are anxious, in emotional turmoil, lonely, afraid, in trouble or sick, God will be near to all who call upon His name.

This journey of life is cloudy, full of joy, tears, toil, and should be highlighted by the hope and the peace that we find in Jesus. All who open the heart and receive Him can know for a certainty, He will never leave!

Cast your eyes on Him, He meets you as you are and wherever you are.

Ephesians 4:6,7: "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
