Luke 12:33-37

Do Not Be Anxious

33 v Sell your possessions, and w give to the needy. x Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old, with y a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys. 34 z For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

You Must Be Ready

35 a "Stay dressed for action 1 and b keep your lamps burning, 36 and be like men who are c waiting for their master to come home from the wedding feast, so that they may open the door to him at once when he comes and d knocks. 37 e Blessed are those servants 2 whom the master finds e awake when he comes. Truly, I say to you, f he will dress himself for service and g have them recline at table, and he will come and serve them.
