Make Your Calling and Election Sure

⁵ For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith _i with virtue, ₁ and virtue _j with knowledge, ⁶ and knowledge with self-control, and self-control _k with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, ⁷ and godliness _l with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection _m with love.
