Let a man so consider us, as a servants of Christ b and stewards of the mysteries of God.

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?
For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God's ministers attending continually to this very thing.
2 Corinthians 3:6

1 Corinthians 9:17
For if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I have been entrusted with a stewardship.
For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money.

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
