Would actually seeing Jesus in person today cause more people to become Christians and be saved?

As much as I would love to say yes, the answer is sadly no, it would make no difference whatsoever. The reason I say this is because all throughout Jesus ministry here on earth most people we just looking to a sign and not who Jesus really was. In the story that Jesus gave about the rich ruler and Lazarus, he states at the end that if they don't listen to Moses they will not be convinced even if someone raises from the dead (Luke 16:30-31). The bible also makes it clear that we should live by faith and not by sight. (2 Corinthians 5:7)
