The answer is NO. We can't change the destiny of a sinner after his death.
Heb. 9:27 says, "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."

After death the judgment, not a second chance to live on earth and be saved. Death ends all probation for the one who dies.

If he is righteous at death, his soul and spirit go to heaven awaiting the resurrection of the body (2Cor. 5:8; Php. 1:21-24 Heb. 12:23; Rev. 6:9-11).

If he is wicked at death his soul and spirit go to hell to await the resurrection of his body (Lk. 16:19-31 Isa. 14:9; Rev. 20:11-15).

There is no such thing as purgatory or a second chance to be on probation in the Millennium or any other time. Neither is there a reincarnation or a transmigration from body to body.

No.
John 1:11" He came unto his own, and his own received him not"
John 1:12 " But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:"
John 1:13 " Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Romans 10:10 "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation"

Salvation is an individual, personal experience between creator/savior and the individual.
