I would say that, if the woman were not a Christian at the time of her divorce and re-marriage (even if her former husband had been a Christian), and even if (in the view of her former husband) her divorce from him did not meet the standards set by Christ in passages such as Matthew 5:31-32 and Matthew 19:3-12, then she herself (as a non-believer) would not be bound or constrained with respect to re-marrying, as long as her divorce from her former husband was valid with respect to civil law.
