All homosexuality-- sodomy, lesbianism, and other sexual perversion are condemned in Scripture with the penalty of death (Lev. 18:22, 26- 29; 20:13; Rom. 1:18- 32). In fact, all seven sins of Lev. 18:19- 23 carry the death penalty, as proved in Lev. 18:24- 29 and in parallel passages.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10, If you study these verse closely, Ten classes not to be saved:

1. Fornicators (the immoral, 1Cor. 6:9)
2. Idolaters (false worshipers, 1Cor. 6:9)
3. Adulterers (the unfaithful, 1Cor. 6:9)
4. Effeminate (catamites, 1Cor. 6:9)
5. Abusers of themselves with mankind (sodomites, homosexuals, pederasts, lesbians (1Cor. 6:9)
6. Thieves (robbers, 1Cor. 6:10)
7. Covetous (the lustful, 1Cor. 6:10)
8. Drunkards (drinkers of intoxicants)
9. Revilers (abusers of others, 1Cor. 6:10)
10. Extortioners (those who obtain by violence or threats, 1Cor. 6:10)

I want to substantiate points 4 and 5 in details.: 

Effeninate
Greek:malakos (G3120), a catamite; a young man who submits his body to unnatural lewdness (cp. Joel 3:3). Used elsewhere of what is soft to the touch (Mt. 11:8; Lk. 7:25). This refers to men who have feminine traits to an inappropriate degree; lacking in manly strength or aggressiveness; especially marked with weakness, softness, and love of ease; excessively affected in his emotions.

Greek:arsenokoites (G733), one guilty of unnatural offenses; a sodomite; homosexual; sexual pervert (1Cor. 6:9; 1Tim. 1:10; cp. Rom. 1:27). God condemns homosexual behavior, you may refer the fact with terms that are used in the LXX at Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13. Leviticus 18:22, when transliterated from the LXX Greek into English, in stating that a man shall not be with a man as one lies with a woman reads, meta arsenos (arsenos—male) ou koimethese koiten (koiten—to lie with sexually, have intercourse) gunaikos.

Note the close connection of arsenos (male) and koiten (to lie with sexually, have intercourse). The term “homosexual” in 1 Corinthians 6:9 is made up of those two terms, arsenos and koiten—hence,arsenokoites. As a compound word it is clearly referring to male intercourse. The next fact to consider is also very important. Arsenokoites is a term that most agree did not appear prior to its appearance in the New Testament

Since these classes shall not be saved or inherit the kingdom of God (1Cor. 6:9, 10; 2Cor. 13:1; Gal. 5:21). anyone practicing LGBT lifestyle should not take up any leadership roles in Churches (body of Christ)
