Isaiah 1:16-17

The Wickedness of Judah

¹⁶ _j Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean;
remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes;
_k cease to do evil,
¹⁷ learn to do good;
_l seek justice,
correct oppression;
_m bring justice to the fatherless,
plead the widow's cause.
