Shepherd the Flock of God

² _o shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, _{1 p} not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; _{2 q} not for shameful gain, but eagerly; ³ not _r domineering over those in your charge, but _s being examples to the flock.
