The Word Became Flesh

⁹ _n The true light, which enlightens everyone, was coming into the world. ¹⁰ He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet _o the world did not know him. ¹¹ He came to _p his own, ₁ and _q his own people _{2 r} did not receive him. ¹² But to all who did receive him, _s who believed in his name, _t he gave the right _u to become _v children of God, ¹³ who _w were born, _x not of blood _y nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
